Shayla has been wonderful to work with for the past 5 months. I am now on my second round of her being my Health Consultant. I have lost a total of 48lbs In 3 months. Shayla's attention to detail when it comes to creating a customized program sets her apart for sure and going with me to Whole Foods to help me customize my foods choices that not only taste good but have really put me on a track for success. Her knowledge is extensive on the subjects of Nutrition, Dieting, Weight Training.
When I started my weight loss journey I had trouble breathing and walking. in 12 weeks I lost 28lbs and completely changed my relationship to food. Shayla has been a blessing in my weight loss journey because of her coaching and guidance it has taught me so much on eating right for my body and fitness routines that work around my work life. Her coaching, mentoring, and now friendship is truly a blessing to have. Someone that cares to teach proper knowledge on taking care of oneself.
Shayla has been a Godsend for me! When I first met her I was 213 pounds, never worked out in my life, I ate fast food almost every day, and drank about four cokes a day. Over the course of 3 months she taught me the importance of what I put in my body and how it really does effect your mood and energy. She provided me with a detailed meal plan tailored to my situation and my body's needs. She started me on supplements that have dramatically improved some deficiencies I was experiencing.

Iv had 3 strokes and weighed 163ibs at 4'10 height. I knew I needed to lose weight for my health and that is when I met Shayla. She put me on a program that was catered to my health issues and showed me mobility exercises that I could use in my everyday life. In 3 months I lost 43lbs and now weigh 120lbs.. I sleep so much better, so much more energy, better bladder control, and the food is delicious.
